Whenever im using it via Bluetooth there is no mic.....

any ideas?

Hi ,

Very sorry to hear that you feel as though your microphone is no longer working after updating.

Please attempt the troubleshooting found here and let us know you get on!

Tested all your steps none worked.

I tried to test my mic but it will only sound 1sec then the rest of the audio test turns off.

gezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Thanks for updating us on this Bassemer,

Can you please let us know exactly which steps you performed? This will ensure that we don't get you to repeat anything.

I'd also like to know if you have this issue with all devices or one in particular?

We look forward to your reply.

steps that I have done,

(Note: This issue is only for Bluetooth and mic will not work either Android Phone & PC. But using wire Mic works fine both)

1. Downgrade

2. Reset

I run online mic test, The mic will only pick one noise then off..

I forgot to come back here because none works. Now hope there is a fix.

Im really sure this is firmware issue. Because at the Online Mic Test

The October 2020 update makes Bluetooth mics **bleep**ty.

Online mic test. I can hear my voice for 1sec then turns off.
But if im using the wire its perfectly fine.

I need update now on this, this thread is 2020 already.

And it's more like you guys want us to buy the dongle mic's on QC35 II. Which this headset is working perfectly for mobile people.

How about lets update this thread:
