Here's a quick tutorial on how to read and reply to Private Messages.
When you have a private message, you will see an indicator here. Click the envelope.
You will see a preview of your message, but you won't be able to reply until you open it. Click the first line to open it.
Once you have opened your message, you will have the option to reply.
A new message window will open and you can write and send your reply.
Setting Preferences for Private Messages
1. At the top right of the screen, click your avatar.
2. Click, My settings.
3. Click PREFERENCES.
4. Click Private Messenger.
5. Click to turn private messages on or off. Note - the default until you change it is to ON (you can receive and send private messages).
6. Save your changes.
