What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on Samsung TV, connected with optical cable and latest Xfinity remote control.
Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce
Instructions to pair state:
- On your Bose remote, press and hold the TV button until the TV and Bluetooth® lights on the speaker blink three times and then glow white
But when I press the TV button nothing happens. No lights flicker on speaker.

Yes I unplugged speaker for over a minute and took battery out of remote for a few minutes in an effort to reset.
