How can I open a FreeSpace 360p?

Thanks for an answer

Hello Hubi,

Thank you for contacting us.

Below you can find the exploded view, which might help you to understand how the FreeSpace 360P is build up.

As you can see the driver is mounted underneath the top and also the transformer (behind a metal plate).

Hello Arno,

I have aksing to Hubi for changing the cable for the 360P-II.

Thanks a lot for exploted view, but how do you remove the green plate ? See my picture attached.

Regards Jerome

Hello Jerome,

Sorry to inform you, but the cable can not be replaced.
The bottom is melted to make it water-resistant.

Hello Arno, how can I open a FreeSpace 360p II?

Thanks.

Hi there Bose,

Question - I own the domestic version 4ohm Freespace 51 - does the non commercial version also have the internal protection circuitry to safeguard drivers and the EQ crossover as show in the exploded view, and would this internal protection (PCB?) kick in at clipping high volume?  The owners manual doesnt state any of this for the 4ohm version.

Thanks

Hi Markow,

To my knowledge, the 4 ohm consumer version is identical except for the transformer circuit.

Thank you,
