I’ve had my sound sports for 8 months and now after 30 minutes or so on the phone the mic stops working. I can hear the other person but they can’t hear me. I put them back in the case, take them back out and it reconnects and works fine for a few more minutes then drops again. Any ideas to correct this?

I have a couple of things I would like you to try:
-Updating the headphones to the latest firmware and the application to its latest software. You can see how to do that HERE.
-Clearing the Bluetooth pairing list from the ear phones. We can do the by holding the only button on the left ear bud for 10 seconds until you hear that it has been cleared.
Let me know if this resolved anything, or whether the issue still arises. This is a very interesting issue and I would be interested to finding a resolution for you.
