Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

It seems tht after the latest firmware update the sound has become low I mean the intensity of the bass and sound while watching movie.

Can you please guide yesterday it was showing installing update on my app

It took almost 7hr, I am not sure whether the same is finished or not.

 

What environment do you experience the issue in?

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

After the latest update tht was yesterday

Yes prior to that the sound was awesome
