SoundLink Revolve keep turning off

Hi everyone,
 I am in Hong Kong. My Sound link Revolve keeps turning off while I am listening to music.

It happens nearly every ten minutes.

I use an AUX cable to connect my Sound link Revolve to my PC.

I have already tried to turn off the "auto turning off" on both the Bose connect and on the speaker itself.

It doesn't help. Every time I need to turn on and off the speaker again to enjoy another 10 mins. It happens without any reasons. Like it works properly for a few days , then suddenly happens the above situation.

It is so annoying, anything I can do to fix?

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with the speaker turning off automatically.

 

When the speaker is playing audio in Aux mode, if the audio is below a minimum threshold, the system could shut off due to inactivity. To remedy this, increase the volume of the AUX device to a higher level. I recommend having the device set to 100% volume, and adjust the speaker volume accordingly. This should prevent shut off.
