Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce Will not charge. Tried 2 different cables, 2 different power supplies, ensured they would work with other devices. Speaker is totally dead.
Where do you run into the issue?After a 3-4 trip and not using, I tried to turn on, no luck, tried to charge, no luck.
When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?It always worked perfectly up to that time.
Any troubleshooting steps you took I Tried 2 different cables, 2 different power supplies, ensured they would work with other devices. Speaker is totally dead. I think either bad battery or connection inside speaker is bad. Need help, summer is coming..... Thanks.
