Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

This is my second pair to have the same issues.

I thought it was a product issue was why I bought another. It starts with the headphones connecting to and picking up music even while they are docked in their case. And then they stop coming on or connecting even though the case is fully charged.

While trying to use the updater as a solution, the app keeps saying it can only see one earbud.

It turns out that even though both are in the case and lit up, once I connect the usb cable, the right light goes off.
