On Thursday, October 8th, the 26.0.1 firmware was released for select SoundTouch speakers. This update is available via the SoundTouch App for the products listed below.

- Wave SoundTouch Series IV
- SoundTouch 300 Soundbar
- Lifestyle® 550/600/650
- SoundTouch Wireless Link Adapter
Features:
- SimpleSync synchronized playback for the above SoundTouch products
- SimpleSync allows thos owning both SoundTouch and Bose Smart Speakers to stream audio from their smart speaker to their SoundTouch device via SimpleSync™ from the Bose Music app.
- All products must be updated to the most recent firmware to use this feature.
