SP24 unit error message ´not configured as a DSP'

Hi all,
I received a message coming from a SP-24:

SP-24 IS NOT CURRENTLY CONFIGURED AS A DSP

I’ve never seen that kind of error messages before.
The message appears when I hit the GO ONLINE button on the Editor Software.

I get the green light on the software, so the USB connection is fine.

I appreciate any help on this issue.

Hi all, somehow the SP 24 firmware update fail & now my software cannot recognize the SP 24 (hardware).

On the hardware, the display shows "waiting on firmware update"

When I power cycle, it still stuck at "waiting on firmware update", how to revert back?

Appreciate help from everywhere.

I understand that you already have sent the SP-24 to Christopher?
I will work with him to see if we can reset the unit.

"waiting on firmware update"

I would advise to send it for repair or replace the unit.
