Stereo output meter on t8s

I've owned the T8S for sometime now...I can't ever seem to get the Stereo Output Meter to come on...as in it doesn't light up to the sound coming through the T8S Tonematch.   Has anyone had this problem?  Is there a switch (hardware or software) to turn it on?

Thank you for your post. Is this an issue that has started happening recently, or has this always been a problem with your T8S mixer?

I recommend performing a software update, following the steps on our website here.
