Summary
When using Volume control user interface, IZA front panel A/B switch becomes inoperable when source is set to INPUT B.
Cause
Error in implementation of Volume control user interface (PC 041966). No issues found when using Volume control with A/B switch user interface (PC 041967)

All IZA 250-LZ and IZA 190-HZ products.

Use Volume control with A/B switch user interface (PC 041967) or manually short rear A/B pin to COM to select INPUT A channel.
Resolution
Bose Professional Systems Division recommends discontinued use of Volume control user interface (PC 041966) unless A/B control is wired to REMOTE connector (using A/B and COM terminals).
