T-1 and arranger module/keyboard question

Old fart here with an L1 Model II and 2 L1 Compacts;

I've had a T-1 for many years and did not use it as it was easier for me to just use a mixer and not have to go into files to adjust - I'm a "knobber".  The YouTube vids are moving me to take another shot at the T-1

I use Ketron arranger modules (Midjay Plus and Midjay Pro) mostly with midi files and in arranger mode, and/or the Ketron SD1 Plus arranger keyboard, again in arranger mode and/or with midi files. Since there are no T-1 presets for these Ketron products - at least on my T-1 - would you suggest the 4-5 inputs w/ DJ setting, as described in a vid, for playing backing tracks? Thanks

The DJ/Playback scene settings would give you an ideal starting point if you are playing backing tracks through the L1 systems. You can then adjust channel settings parameters accordingly to suit your music style, and save these under a new scene for easy recall.
