Did the flash upgrade and lost my mic tones and everything kind of hooped. So what did I do wrong and where do I find more patches and did I install something wrong. Lost in Bose land...

Was it the ToneMatch Updater Program?
Were you trying to load some different ToneMatch Presets?
If so, then it sounds like you may have overwritten the original Factory Presets. You can get the correct file here. T1® Original Factory Presets and documents.
Download the file and put the file called Bose_T1_Preset_10.bos in the same folder as the ToneMatch Updater program.
Click the second button, then select the file called Bose_T1_Preset_10.bos.
That should restore the original factory Presets. If you have a different problem, please tell us what you did to get where you are.

awesome, see what I did. Learning a lot of new stuff and equipment and the Bose just keeps getting better. Now working on tying in my RC-30 and capture the tonematch sounds.
