T1 tone match aux out put

hi bose, unable to get an fx signal out thro the aux output.

i havegone to aux setting and selected post....

irun it thro an l1 compact totally impressed with them both

Hi Alastair,

This is certainly not normal. Though, I would recommend testing this with effects other than reverb, just to be 100% sure of what you're experiencing.

The one limitation to the AUX output is that it will not output any applied reverb. If you're truly not hearing any effect from AUX when set to post, there is certainly an issue. If this is the case, please contact us by phone at 877-335-2673.

Thanks,

Chris

So using POST would send all the effects to the output device?

A) In our case we take the output from AUX out and send it to video camera. In this case we use PRE. Mix vocals and tracks using AUX volume setting

B) for fb live or ZOOM event, we use a phone or laptop and in zoom we change the audio settings to BOSE.

fb live with phone and with the proper connector for iphone (using USB cable).

Using PRE for this as well and the vocals are weird (not real).

In this case we change the preference for USB to PC and PC to USB, and use 4/5 and master.

Should we use POST in both cases?

What is the best settings?

Hi devtha,

Welcome to the Bose forum! Thanks for joining us.

Selecting either 'PRE' or 'POST' will send the signal with FX to the AUX output - only 'DRY' will send the signal without FX.

If you select 'POST' (post fader), altering the channel volume level will also affect the level of send to the AUX output.

For more information on AUX send routing options, check page 21 in the Owner's Guide. Hope this helps!
