Bose T4 S Tone Match Mixer Delaware, USA
Problem: Won't retain settings in any reverbs, delays or modulator selections. Once I set them & move to the next selection, my settings revert to the factory default settings when I return.
Upon receiving the unit, I used the updater tool to update the unit to version T4s v1.1.4. This did not fix the problem. Has anyone found a solution to this problem?

Thank you for posting, welcome to the forum!
If you make a change to an FX parameter, then change the FX type, these changes will not be retained in memory unless they're saved to a scene on the T4S/T8S mixer. Similar to a digital guitar pedal, the default settings will be recalled when changing FX type to avoid bad sounds and accidental feedback loops.

I understand your confusion if you are familiar with the T1. My previous response is correct for the T4S & T8S - this is not a product fault and the mixer is working as intended. Some of the features and functionality on the new stereo mixers differ from those on the T1, and this was one of the changes implemented for the reasons I mentioned previously.
I will raise a ticket to the Bose engineering team to request that this change be made in an upcoming firmware update if possible.
