Hi looking for help on how to get the USB Stick to be able play back mp3and WAV files.  I formatted the usb stick on a Mac I tried all the formats and nothing seemed to work.  I have a Micro Center 16Gb stick.  Is there a particular format the the USB stick needs to be in?  Any help would be aprishated.  I did firmware update to curent 1.1.0

Hi Victor,

I'm sorry you're having an issue with reading the USB drive.

Please follow this link to a list of USB devices that are known to work.

I had same trouble yesterday with a show. Guest performer came in with a disk - USB 2 (blue) and an older USB 1. Neither worked......

Disk acceptability should in my view be more universal. It is all very well saying use these types / models but when an act comes to you with there own its a show killer when they don't work.

Plug almost any stick into any PC and things will normally go right - it's only digital comms.

I'm sorry that didn't work.

From one stage warrior to another: anything we do that we haven't personally rehearsed/tested in advance can be a show killer.

I don't disagree with you, but I don't walk into critical situations without testing everything in advance, and a contingency plan.

Understand the need for prior planning, this guy was sprung on me on the day as a surprise guest.

Think I’ll carry a SanDisk as an empty spare. Had access to a pc last week but they’re not always available....
