T8S into L1S?

Hello all!
I have an L1S and I have run it with a T4S connected digitally, and it's great!
I do think that I'll ultimately need more channels...so am thinking of upgrading to the T8S.
How do I connect the T8S to my L1S?
I know that I'll need to use the external power source and can't connect digitally.
I know that I'll have to go into the Analog input on my L1S.
Can I simply run a TRS cable out from the T8S analog R (mono) into the L1S?
No need to pan the channels on the mixer??

Hey Flyingpigsound!

The T8S ToneMatch Mixer has a designated Mono Output located at the top left, which can be used exactly as you described. see the below image of the connections for reference:

You would not need to do any alterations such as panning, just connect a standard 1/4" TRS Cable from the Mono Output to a channel input on your L1 1S, and power the mixer with its independent power supply.

Hope this helps!

Sounds great into my single L1S w/ B2 module!

if I want to add a second L1S for a full electric rock band, do I just run the other out to that ...no need to pan?
I’d only be mic’ing two vocals, a kick drum, and maybe the bass guitar

Hey Flyingpigsound,

To output to two L1 systems, connect from the stereo L&R outputs on the T8S. If your channels are all panned centrally, the two L1 systems would play the same audio as each other.

Hope this helps!
