I have a microphone on channel 1 going to Aux 1 output, but getting no sound from the speaker. I am getting a signal to Aux, so not sure whats happening?

Please make sure the firmware on the T8S is up to date.

There were some routing issues that were resolved through a firmware update.

Sorry you're having a problem with your T8s.
While the 1.1.4 update should have taken care of this, I have to ask: Did you perform the required "Factory Reset" after completing the firmware upgrade? If so, you may need to contact Bose Support directly.
If you didn't do the Factory Reset, then the firmware may not have "activated". (NOTE: If you have any saved scenes, back them up before performing the Factory Reset. You can restore them afterwards. Also, this procedure only applies to the T8s and T4s, not the T1.) First, turn off the T8s. Then press and hold the MUTE buttons for Channels 1, 2, 3, and 4 simultaneously while you turn on the power. The T8s should show "Rebooting", "Factory Reset Please Wait", then "Factory Reset Complete". (You can release the buttons when you see "Please Wait".)
