T8S not showing Ch 7/8 for USB FROM PC

Hi -

I am trying to connect my macbook pro to the T8S to use as an audio interface.

On the Pref menu, under USB B FROM PC, the only options i see are:

None

Master

Aux In

 

however, i see many videos from Bose with Ch 7/8 as an option.

 

How do i get that option on mine?

Hi Roger and welcome to the Bose Pro-Portable Community!

The Bose ToneMatch T8S Mixer requires to be updated to the latest firmware in order to add the functionality that you need. I found this guide HERE to help you update the mixer. Let me know if this solves your problem.

Yes firmware update worked....should have checked that first  ;-(
