Likewise, you will acquire the consideration of REGISTERED USER, when you, being a USER, have chosen to subscribe to any of the different “Premium Services”, these being understood as the Services subject to registration of the USER and payment offered by the USER.

Matter subject to these conditions
These General Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the CHATHISPANO Network made available to the USER by CHATHISPANO.
CHATHISPANO reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without notice, the presentation and configuration of the Services and the conditions required for their use when it is convenient for their best provision.
CHATHISPANO reserves the right to modify the General Conditions and the Privacy Policy, previously informing the USERS of the changes introduced therein.
Duration
The provision of the Services has, in principle, an indefinite duration. However, CHATHISPANO is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of any of the Services at any time.
Whenever reasonably possible, CHATHISPANO will give prior notice on screen of the termination or suspension of the provision of the Services.
Refusal and withdrawal of access to the service
CHATHISPANO reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the Services and Premium Services, at any time and without prior notice, to any USER who fails to comply with these General Terms and Conditions. In such cases, all personal information will be retained for the periods required by the regulations in force, and will then be deleted or, where appropriate, anonymized in compliance with the provisions of the data protection regulations in force.
Disclaimer of warranties and liability

CHATHISPANO does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the functioning of the Services. - Exclusion of guarantees and responsibility for the Contents. Use of the Services and Contents under the sole responsibility of the USER.
The USER is aware of, and voluntarily accepts, that the use of the Services and Contents takes place, in any case, under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility. CHATHISPANO is not responsible for those contents and comments made by USERS through its services. In the event that CHATHISPANO becomes aware that the USER introduces content or makes comments that may be illegal, criminal, offensive, harmful to the rights or interests of CHATHISPANO or third parties, or in any other way may be contrary to morality, good customs or may result in damage or liability of CHATHISPANO, CHATHISPANO reserves the right to immediately remove the illicit or offensive content or comment, as well as to immediately cancel the USER’s account, without such cancellation of the services generating any right to claim or compensation of any kind in favor of the USER whose account is cancelled for contravening the present conditions and terms of use. CHATHISPANO reserves the right to keep a copy of the contents, messages or comments that are subject to removal, as well as the identification of the USER who is the author thereof, in order to provide them in the event of any judicial or police investigations or legal actions initiated by third parties and caused by the contents, messages or comments that are subject to removal. The conservation period of these contents shall be that required by the applicable regulations in order to guarantee CHATHISPANO’s compliance with its legal obligations.

Terms of use of the service
The USER undertakes to use the Services and the Contents in a diligent, correct and lawful manner, in accordance with these General Conditions and, in particular, undertakes to refrain from:

Conditions of access to the service and Premium Services
- The use of the site as well as the services offered on the CHATHISPANO Network are, in principle, free of charge, notwithstanding the fact that this circumstance may vary in accordance with Clause Two of these General Terms and Conditions or by the General Terms and Conditions of Use that particularly regulate any of the services included in the CHATHISPANO Network. Some of the services offered require the prior registration of the USER, who must register as a REGISTERED USER of the CHATHISPANO Network in order to use them. CHATHISPANO may exceptionally grant, depending on its needs, privileged modes to specific users of its choice without waiving the right to withdraw these modes without prior notice or explanation.
- The USER undertakes to make diligent use of his/her USER name and password, not to make them available to third parties, and to inform CHATHISPANO as soon as possible of the loss or theft of these access codes as well as of any risk relating to possible access and use by a third party.
- Furthermore, the USER expressly accepts without reservation that browsing the website and the CHATHISPANO Network entails the display at any time of advertising messages from CHATHISPANO and third parties duly authorized by CHATHISPANO.

Access to the Premium Services through the Web Site shall be activated with the effective payment by the REGISTERED USER to CHATHISPANO of the price and the corresponding taxes, as indicated in the order form. - Currency and means of payment. All payments shall be made in Euros by any of the accepted means of payment (credit card and direct debit) following the indications indicated during the steps of the payment process.
- The subscription to the Premium Service formalized, once the period of validity of the same has ended, will be automatically renewed for a period of equal duration to the one contracted and at the price of the rate in force at any given moment.
- The subscription to the Premium Service of “offers and promotions” formalized at the price indicated during its period of validity, will be automatically renewed upon expiration for periods of equal duration at the rate price established at any given time.
- In the event that the REGISTERED USER does not wish to renew his/her Premium Service, he/she must inform CHATHISPANO by sending an email to suscripciones@chathispano.com at least 7 days before the expiration of the Premium Service. The cancellation of the Premium Service shall not entail, at any time, the reimbursement of the amounts paid by the user as consideration. These amounts are non-refundable. In accordance with the regulations in force, the nature of the Product that is the object of this contract does not allow the REGISTERED USER to exercise his/her right of withdrawal once the product has been contracted.
- No modifications or refunds are allowed for subscriptions.
Requirements to be a REGISTERED USER
It is an essential requirement to register as a REGISTERED USER to be over 18 years of age and to provide all the required and mandatory information. Likewise, the REGISTERED USER assumes that the REGISTERED USER account is personal and non-transferable, taking into account that only natural persons can register, excluding legal entities.
Under no circumstances is the transfer of the REGISTERED USER account between different persons allowed, being at CHATHISPANO’s disposal the elimination of the same as soon as such circumstance is detected, without prejudice to the legal actions that may correspond.
[Cancellation as a REGISTERED USER(#cancellation)
At any time, the REGISTERED USERS may request cancellation of the Premium Service they have contracted, by means of a written communication to suscripciones@chathispano.com, indicating their REGISTERED USER name and the specific Premium Service they wish to cancel. In any case, once the cancellation has taken place, the USER may request a new registration as a REGISTERED USER, CHATHISPANO being reserved the right not to accept such registration in the specific cases specified in clause four or in case of conflict or controversy between the parties, to resolve or finalized with recognition of fault or negligence of the client and/or damage to CHATHISPANO, its collaborators and associates or its USERS. The REGISTERED USER may cancel his contracted Premium Service up to 10 days before his Subscription is renewed.
Obligations of CHATHISPANO
CHATHISPANO undertakes to comply with the following obligations in its relationship with the USER:
- To make available to the REGISTERED USER on the Website the necessary information relating to the Premium Service, as well as its contracting.
- To send the REGISTERED USER a verification that CHATHISPANO has received the contracting form.
- Once CHATHISPANO verifies that the payment has been made correctly, the Premium Service contracted will be accessed.
Obligations of the REGISTERED USER
The REGISTERED USER undertakes to comply with the following obligations in the relationship with CHATHISPANO:
- To fill in the contracting forms and their fields according to the instructions that CHATHISPANO specifies to that effect for each Premium Service.
- Pay the price of the Premium Service you wish to contract according to the instructions on the form and as stipulated in these General Terms and Conditions.
- Comply with all the General Conditions that appear in this document.
Termination of the contract with REGISTERED USERS
The contracting REGISTERED USER waives, by accepting these conditions, any right to terminate the contract granted to him/her by the legislation in force after accessing or starting the Premium Service requested.
CHATHISPANO reserves the right to immediately withdraw access to the contracted Premium Service from those REGISTERED USERS who, in its opinion, contravene the provisions of these General Conditions without the possibility of reimbursement in the event of payment having been made.
Specifically, CHATHISPANO may cancel the contract:
- When access to the Premium Service is used for illegitimate purposes.
- When the billing information provided in the contract is erroneous or makes it impossible to invoice and/or charge for the Premium Service contracted.
- In case of fraudulent uses or contrary to the good faith of the contents, materials or software that appear in the Web site and/or are provided to the REGISTERED USER.

Jurisdiction
CHATHISPANO and the USER, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
