I believe the answer is no, but is there a way to plug a wired headset into the bose 700 sound bar?

No.  However depending on your TV it may have a headphone out.

For late night tv viewing, I use Sennheiser RF 175 wireless headphones.  The base station is connected to my LG 65 OLED C7P by optical.
