Tonematch 8 Bluetooth issue

i am using a bose l1 system with tonematch 8 and I am very happy with this setup.

i recently purchased a black star Bluetooth dongle for playing background music on my iPad at gigs however tracks play as if only on one side ( vocal in deep background) can you help?

Is this the BlueTooth device you mentioned?  Black Star Tone:Link

If so, then you need a cable like this.

1/8 inch Tip-Ring-Sleeve to two 1/4 inch Tip-Sleeve.

Connect the 1/4 inch plugs into two inputs on the T8S.

The issue you're having is likely because you are connecting a stereo signal using a 1/4 inch (6.3 mm) Tip-Ring-Sleeve jack into a balanced mono input (all the 1/4 inch inputs on the T8S are balanced).

What was your solution. I just bought the same thing as a cheap solution for backing tracks, and certain parts aren't coming through the mix- if there's a guitar panned to one side, etc.
