Hi - the last few times I have switched on our Tonematch it has reverted toi factory setting, lossing all my saved scenes and settings - any suggestions?

Thank you for the post! To ensure that all of your settings are saved, you need to utilize the “scenes” feature of the T1. Very sorry to hear that! If that is the case, and the scenes are deleting themselves, there is probably an issue with the T1. With the T1, it either works, or it doesn’t. I would strongly advise you to call us directly to get a service set up for this T1. Our direct number is 877-335-2673. The line is open Monday through Friday 8:30am to 9:00pm (est), and Saturday 9:00am to 7:00pm (est).
