I recently ordered a replacement remote control for my Solo 5 sound bar (serial no.: 070022Z91910029AE). The problem with the old remote was that it would turn the sound bar on and off, but not the TV (I had to unplug the TV to turn it off). Also, I couldn't call up the menu that allowed me to switch between broadcast TV, Roku and the DVD player. Once I turned on Roku, it was stuck there.
So I get the new remote and program it, but now I have the opposite problem: it turns the TV on and off, but not the sound bar. Also, I can call up the aforementioned menu, but the arrow keys don't work, so I can't make a selection. Any help would be much appreciated!
