Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

If I am listening in the master bedroom on a SoundTouch 20 and I click on play everywhere, the kitchen sound touch 30 starts playing the same song. But if I now want to leave the master bedroom and go into the kitchen and turn off the master bedroom speaker as I leave, the SoundTouch 30 in the kitchen also goes off. Is there a way to be listening to music in one room, put it on in the next room, and then turn off the room that you are now in?

What environment do you experience the issue in? MBR and kitchens

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously? Always

Any troubleshooting steps you took

Hi Roneldoradohills,

Thanks for reaching out to the community.

The play everywhere feature will mean that the controls apply to all of your included speakers in the group, this is because this is a re-broadcast function within the SoundTouch ecosystem, therefore by turning off one speaker it will turn off all others included.

I apologize for any disappointment this provides.

Thank you for the explanation Tegan. I appreciate your time.
