Hello onesimuskr,
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community! I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with pairing your Noise-Cancelling Headphones 700, I would be more than happy to help you out today! Could you please tell me which stage in the process you are getting to before having difficulty? Are you trying to connect via the Bose Music app? Have you been previously connected before? There are a few simple troubleshooting steps that you can try in the meantime, a product reset and clearing the Bluetooth pairing list of the headphones and the computer you are using.
To reboot your headset:
To clear the headset memory of previously paired Bluetooth® devices:
I hope this helps, please let me know how you get on!

I have a similar question about connection to Windows 10... I've paired no problem but is there any help on being able to use the NC 700's microphone array for voice services on the Operating System or taking calls via VOIP applications - Skype or other VC platforms for example? I don't seem to be able to do so - don't know if it's impossible or just user error... thanks!
Hi there,
I am unable to pair it to the laptop running Windows 10. I was able to pair it to my phone but unable to do it with the laptop. Please can you guide me how you did it. Thanks in advance.
So if you paired with your mobile no problem, you have the app installed?
With your headphones switched on you should be able to see the list of paired devices from the Bose Music app via Source or Settings> bluetooth connections. If you only have one mobile device paired you won't see anything else displayed here yet...
On your Windows 10 Laptop open your Settings and click on Devices>Bluetooth and make sure that Bluetooth is switched on. It should scan for possible devices, search for whatever you named your headphones. You might find there is more than one connection (one with just the name of your device, the other prefixed with LE-) choose the connection without the LE-prefix.
If you don't see this on your Windows 10 device, in your Bose Music App on your mobile in Bluetooth Connections click the Connect New button (make sure your headphones are still switched on) and they should appear on the list of available connections on your Windows 10 device.
If your headphones appear to already be paired but they're not sending a signal through to your headphones, remove device on Windows Bluetooth devices list, delete any connections on the Bose Music App and then try installing again.
That's all I did - seemed to work fine for me.
Hello everyone,
Thanks for posting in the community and providing helpful information. I am sorry to hear that some of you are having difficulty with the NCH 700's. I would be more than happy to assist you with this today, could you please tell me if you have tried any of the troubleshooting previously suggested? If so what was the outcome?
You should be able to use the VoIp applications, if you are having difficulty then I would suggest doing the troubleshooting steps in my previous post, you should also reboot your computer.
I hope this helps, I look forward to hearing from you!
Kindest regards,
Zoe C
My microphone/laptop issue seems to have resolved itself, thank you for your reply! VoIP apps are working now. I think I just needed to restart the machine for the changes to take effect.
Thanks folks for the response.
I was able to fix the issue. Steps taken are as follows
1. Install Bose Music app on the phone. Connect the Bose headphones through blue tooth.
2. In the source tab, click on connect new. Open bluetooth on the windows 10 machine, and search for bluetooth devices. The headphones are detected on the windows machine and can be paired and connected.

Hello,
I seem to have the same issue - my new Bose NC 700 doesn't connect to my Windows 10.
I cleared the device list from the headphones & it says 'ready to connect'. However, on my windows 10, the headphones do not appear as an item to connect.
I was wondering if you could help me with this issue, please. Note that the headphones connect to my andriod phone with no trouble at all.
Thanks!
