Universal remote to control solo soundbar series 2

What devices were you using that were affected and what version are they on (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S9 on Android 11, iPhone X on iOS14, etc.)

Detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce

Can't find anyway to control the soundbar from a satellite universal remote ( expresvu, dish network 6.4 IR/UHF PRO remote). Can't find any code that works with this soundbar and it seems that it is supposed to be possible for the soundbar to learn the remote signal but I can't access this feature on the Bose soundbar - but holding the tv button.

What environment do you experience the issue in? (e.g. noisy office, quiet kitchen, etc.)

 

When did you start to experience the issue? Did it work correctly previously?

To answer your question, you will have to contact the manufacturer of your universal remote to guide you on how you can program it, to control the soundbar. Many universal remotes include codes for different brands. For these remotes, try each code provided for Bose to determine if one can control your system.
