It's been unseasonably hot for my region this weekend. I stopped in at a local watering hole to escape. Here's what I found. Can you spot the L1® Compacts?

Hi ST,
what's the prize
?
Seriously though, I can see 2 Compacts. One's on the left of the picture (right elbow of the guitarist with the 12 string), and the second one's on the right of the picture (at the right shoulder of the guy with the Strat).
Regarding the weather, I know that it's pretty warm over there as my brother's on holiday there at the moment. You may remember my telling you about this last year. At present I think he's on the Rocky Mountaineer Train. He sent me a picture of "36 degrees heat haze over Kamloops lake" as he described it. he should be back in Vancouver soon for a couple of days before returning to England.
So, enough sidetracking for now. Did I find all the Compacts or not?
Take care ST,
Tony
Bye the way, the guitarist with the 12 String reminds me of Warren Haynes of The Allman Brothers Band and Gov't Mule. I take it however that you weren't quite so lucky?
Tony
Hi Tony,
Yes, two L1® Compacts - I thought folks would appreciate seeing a band (complete with live drums) using a couple of L1® Compacts. A keyboardist arrived just after I took this picture. In total, I counted these inputs through the Compacts.
For the backline, they had a couple of Fender combo amps and a bass amp. I didn't get the details.
The venue is a local pub, perhaps 100' x 30' (30 x 10 meters). The band was loud enough to motivate a full dance floor.
You could have a conversation over the band in the back third of the place, and that's what the venue management wants there. A couple of L1® Compacts are a perfect fit.
I see the resemblance to Warren Haynes. That fellow also heads up another band, a Lynyrd Skynyrd tribute band. They also play a lot of Allman Brothers. Here's a shot of that band in their home venue.
That's nice to hear about your brother travelling nearby. I hope he's having a great time.
