Just bought the headphone700

Music app ask me once about the update but i missclicked on no. The doesnt ask me anymore if i wanna do it or not, and i cant find anywhere how to do it through the app. Unfortunately i do not have a computer to do it manually... 

Do you have an idea why the app doesnt give me a new notification about the update or where to find it in the settings maybe?

Are you looking to update your headphones? What was the message you selected? Was this asking if you wanted to update?

 

Can you also take a look into your product settings in the Bose Music app to confirm the current firmware version 😊

so the firmware of my app is in 3.4.1

And my bose headphone nc 700 is in  1.3.1. I would love to upgrade it in 1.4

When i opened bose music app for the first time it asked me if i wanted to update my headphone and i discarded it, sayibg to myself i would do it later. 

Already i tried to delete the app and dowload it again, removed the headphone from my blutooth history in my phone also and put again and did the same in the headphone by holding the blutooth button 10sec. 

Still, since i install the app again it never asked me if i wanted to update my bose 700 =(

At this time the 1.4.2 update is not available for customers to download, we have temporarily halted the allowance of this firmware to be downloaded.
