Hi there, I solved my OBS and Mac issue with this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?...ature=em-uploademail . Hope help you. I think that Ladiocast and Blackhole works also with T4S.
Thank you! I will check it out.
I am running the latest version of firmware. I get the signal through but it is distorted when it comes through Youtube.
Hi, Dennis O'Brien;

While playing,
- On the T8S
- Turn the Rotary Selector to Prefs
- Select Output Level
- Check the Output Levels for USB L and USB R
If these are all the way to the right, the output is probably too high.
If you are routing your signal through Aux 1 to USB B to PC, turn the level down.

Dennis any progress?
I so appreciate you both helping me. I truly do. I went live on Youtube (while playing/singing) and turned down the gains/trim/master volume on the T8 and still have (on top of the clarity of the music/sound) a horrible distortion. so the signal is coming through but something is getting in the way. I even changed the sampling (OBS has two options. 44.1 and 48 (which is the T8's sampling) I can't figure it out.
Well good on you for going live...takes lots of guts in the face of technical challenges...I can tell you that first hand.
Did you try facebook live? It could be an issue with You Tube. I am going live on Facebook Saturday night 6:30 PST...
Using my T4S since I can't get my T8S to work without Digital Noise.
Update, I have had to turn down my aux 1 sends to 50% to USB out to computer and I have the gain on OBS set at -15.5 db
Can you post a link of your performance...after all its all about the music right.
Moon Dog
I will follow your lead on using the settings as I also have a T4S (I thought both T8S and T4S were digital)? I would love to catch your performance on FB Saturday. Shall I look you up under your name "Moon Dog"? When I said I went "live" in my last post, I meant I did go live to try and get my settings set. I did not broadcast it to my fan base. Lastly, here is a link to my Youtube channel which has my last live show among others. the live show was just myself going directly into my computer and not knowing at the time that I could (try to) use my T8S. It's a long show so you won't offend me if you can't watch it. LOL! I will catch your show Saturday. Best to you! https://www.youtube.com/user/d...p;view_as=subscriber
Cool Dennis I will check it out.
Personal Invite to all my Bose Family !!!

Wow very cool love it....I'm a fan Dennis! Cavern Club holy cow how cool is that!
I have it on my calendar. Thanks for going to my page. I miss performing
You have an amazing voice...I loved Waiting on a Miracle. That Taylor sounds great acoustically. Did you get the T4S to work with OBS?
Thank you for the kind words. I really enjoyed listening to your marketing reel as well. I really liked your wide range of talent(s). My wife and I are going to tune in this weekend to hear your live stream show. As for my quest to blend my Bose T8S (or T4S), I have some good news. I was able to use the T4S and I set the Aux to 50% as you suggested. It came across very clear but the volume was low. I am going to play with it today to see if I can create a little more volume. I have the volume on the OBS at -8.4%. I really appreciate all you have done to help me. I was beginning to think it might be my MacBook Pro as I have had issues with it lately and have had to order a new one. The current one is 10 years old and up until a few weeks ago worked great. I will continue to keep you informed of my progress. Take care and stay in touch!

Hi @Dennis O'Brien - just checking in to see if you finally got the OBS stream to work to your satisfaction. I began playing with it just today so am curious to learn how you resolved your audio problem. I did a brief test stream today (OBS->YouTube) and it seems to work on a basic level. I haven't yet tried it with my guitar and a song - perhaps tomorrow.
Thanks
Hi, thanks for reaching out. I just completed my first live stream and used my T8 mixer. It worked pretty well. I say pretty well only because the signal was a little weak. I was instructed to work within the OBS system since the signal it sends to Youtube is the same as you would hear in a playback from OBS. That makes sense to me. I am going to work with it later this week and post my findings. I solved my initial problem when I purchased an updated/new MacBook Pro. My old one was more than 10 years old and although it still worked fairly well, I was beginning to see the issues it was creating since I could not update the operatating system any longer. For some reason, it only recognized my T1 4-channel mixer. Once I received my new computer, the T8 worked just fine. Go figure. If you want specific adjustments in OBS, just let me know although you could most likely obtain them through this thread. Let me know how I can help. It's great having someone there when I was in need. Take care! Dennis.
