Very worse experience with Home speaker 500 in Hong Kong

I bought the Home speaker for almost 2 years. When i walked in the shop, i was told that the speaker with be updated and with voice assistant soon. But here in Hong Kong, for 2 years, the voice assistant is still not avaliable. Google voice assistant already launched in Hong Kong for a year! How poor and not reponsible the company is. It is definitely a fraud of claiming voice assistant will be supported soon in Hong Kong. In this 21st centry, voice assistant definitely is a must for speaker. And I bought the product because of the voice assistant function. 

 

I request to give me a concrete timeline on when will the voice assistant be supported in Hong Kong and stopping saying you dont have a timeline yet and will be supporting soon. I have heard these for several times already. 

 

OR do give me a solution like how do i connect to voice assistant as if i am in other countries like setting my location in some countries that has voice assistant support. 

 

OR give me a refund for your poor product. 

 

This really gives me a very frustrating experience with your product and your service. 

 

If the problem is not solved, i will go for local authorthy to complain your product, media and online to reveal your fraud in advertising the product and how poor your service is. I have already give you enough tolerance and time for solving the problem.  Many other brands and speakers support voice assistant nowadays. And i bought the product totally because your salesman in the shop claimed that 500 will support soon.

In terms of adding voice assistants, I am sorry but I do not have a specific date when voice assistants will be added in Hong Kong, but I do know we are continuously working on improving our products in all regions. You can find the most up to date information here.
