Hi Bose team
i'm trying to configure EX1280c Voip to our company voip system. unfortunately, it doesn't work. it's just a basic set-up but i don't know, something wrong happening. i have a zoiper software on my pc and have the same voip settings and it's working fine.
voip ip : dhcp (network 192.168.5.xxx 255.255.254.0)
EX1280 IP: STATIC 192.168.0.3 255.255.255.0
Please check the attached pictures and program file and let me know if i'm not doing it on the right way
thanks
Hi Arno
what you mention regarding IPs is correct.
if i disconnect the CSD cable, nothing change.
i can if i'm on the same network IP.
what's really confusing and killing me that i'm using Zoiper software on my PC and it's working perfectly with the same setup.
i'm connecting the voip port to the switch and my PC to Controlspace port directly
from time to time, it's showing registered for a single minute and then showing the same problem
Hi Arno
any updates regarding this? can i do a factory reset to this processor ? if yes, how ?
thanks
Hello Abboud,
So far I cannot reproduce, I will try to set up another SIP server (might take some time).
Attached the default json file which you can load to clean up your old settings of the web interface settings.
Just to be sure, have you tried this setup and power cycled the EX-1280C?

Hello Abboud,
Are VoIP and CSD on different VLANs or different networks (separate switches)?
Is below overview correct?
VoIP network: 192.168.4.0/23
VoIP IP address (EX-1280C): 192.168.4.79/23 (DHCP)
VoIP server IP address: 192.168.5.250/23
CSD IP address (EX-1280C): 192.168.0.3/24 (Static)
What happens if you disconnect the CSD network cable (please power cycle the EX-1280C)?
You can connect to the webbrowser of the EX-1280C (192.168.4.79/23) when you connect your PC to the VoIP Network.
