You have two options available for pairing your Wave SoundTouch IV. Firstly is the grouping of multiple SoundTouch products.
All our products which utilise the SoundTouch app, (all these products have SoundTouch in their name) can use your WiFi connection in order to group your products around the home. With this feature you can group multiple SoundTouch speakers and have them playing in unison controlled via the app. For instruction on how to initiate a SoundTouch group, follow this link.
Secondly, you can use SimpleSync. This is a feature which allows a pairing of one of our Smart Home products with an additional speaker via Bluetooth. SimpleSync provides a one-to-one connection, so you can use it to pair two products maximum. Your two products must remain within typical Bluetooth wireless range (9 metres) of each other to stay connected. Walls and building materials can affect reception at times. Our Smart Home products use the Bose Music app, you will start this pairing within this application.
