I have a L1s/B2 with ToneMatch. Can I plug in my headphones in my system, or do I have to use it thru a mixer? Second question, can a B1 & B2 be used in series with the L1?

You can try connecting the QC3 to the T1® ¼ inch jack marked Master Output. You may find that the output is a little low to be useful. It wasn’t intended to be used that way, but I have done it.

I’m not sure what you mean here.
Using the blue cables that come with the B1 and B2…
You can use a single B2 with your Model 1S.
OR
You can use up to two B1s with your Model 1S.
You cannot mix B1s and B2s.
