Whistling/chattering sound when playing CD

Hello all, I need your advice and help to find a solution for Bose wave 4 music system. I bought this new wave 4 music system through ebay. Arrived, today and everything sounds good except whistling/chattering sound when playing CD player. Did all troubleshoot and music plays fine but, I can hear whistling sound along with music and when I paused music still I can hear from CD player. So, if anybody encountering this problem please, let me know.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your recently acquired Wave System.

 

Chattering/whistling could be an indication of a mechanical fault. I recommend disconnecting then reconnecting the system to perform a reset, but if the problem continues, please contact local support to seek a repair.
